The economic crisis triggered by the Novel coronavirus pandemic in 2020 gave birth to the vision of Aatmnirbhar Bharat with new passion and enthusiasm. While our Prime Minister Narendra Modi first proposed the idea, some of its features are synonymous with the Swadeshi movement launched long back in India under the supervision of Mahatma Gandhi.
