Ultrasonic system: ultrasonic system is composed of ultrasonic box, vibrator, welding head and connecting wire. Check whether the ultrasonic system is clean, especially the ultrasonic box, vibrator (transducer) and welding head (expansion ratio) must be dry and clean without water, and the connecting wire must be solid.Always check the wear of ultrasonic welding head.Pay attention to the range of the voltmeter and ammeter pointer on the ultrasonic box.

Air supply system: air supply system is composed of air source filter system, air pipe and cylinder.

Air filter cup check for water?Pass water to air compressor (air compressor water: the area with high humidity to air compressor water every day).

Check the trachea for leakage?Is there any air leakage in the cylinder?The position and working condition of the magnetic anti-sensor of the cylinder are normal.
